The payment of the goods is in accordance with Art. 93 para. 1 of the Obligations and Contracts Act for which the relevant document is received.

Return of purchased goods

Users of this online store have the right to return the ordered products within 7 business days of their receipt at the specified delivery address and in case the products were not used except for sample trail (functionality of the product, size), the product is not damaged  (all labels, stickers and others must be present on the product) and is in condition as received, as outlined in Article 55 of the CPA.

Pursuant to Article 55, para. (2) (4), the right to return goods does not apply to the supply of goods which are liable to be subject to rapid deterioration or are likely to impair their quality characteristics. In this sense, consumers can not give up and return short-lived food products, food products requiring refrigerated storage as well as fruit and vegetables.
