Are all products certified organic?

All harmonica products go through a thorough organic certification and are of verified organic origin.

Can I order different Kashons to be delivered to different addresses?

Of course you can. All you have to do is configure your Kashon boxes as different orders to different addresses. Many people order Kashon as a present or surprise to their friends. :)

Can you deliver my Kashon twice a week?

Yes, we can. To do that you make two Kashon boxes and mark both "weekly". That's how you will get each Kashon at the desired day and time.

How can I make a Kashon with products of my own choice?

It's easy. Just go to the section "Products". You can put different products in different Kashon boxes. When you add a product you have the option to choose how often you want this product delivered. Depending on that regularity the products will then automatically group in the same Kashon.

How can I make changes to my Kashon?

You can make changes to upcoming deliveries by 12 am in the day of delivery. You can see your upcoming deliveries in the section "My Kashon" and there you can add or remove items. You see your past deliveries in the section "Past Deliveries".

How do weekly recommendations work?

The weekly recommendations are seasonal products or special products we've think are great and would like to introduce you to them.

I am experiencing issues with a product or service. What can I do?

I make weekly orders, but I don't want to make a subscription. What can I do?

It's very easy. If you don't want to to subscribe but still order the same Kashon regularly you can do that by visiting the section "Past Deliveries". There's a buttom "Re-order". This is how you can order the exact same Kashon. Of course you want to add or remove items you can still do that.

What can I do if I'm not present at the address when the delivery is expected?

If you can't be available for the delivery, please call us ahead of time so we can make arrangements for you that will suit you better. You can reach us at 0882277191, kashon@harmonica.bg or the chat.

What is Ready-made Kashon and can I change its content?
